Meeting was held at the home of Bruce and Donna Epstein on Friday, October 26 in Waterbury, Vermont.
Bruce and Donna Epstein, Darlene McCormick, John Witmer, Halle Davis, Mike Nelson present.
The meeting was called to order by Bruce Epstein (President) at 6:00 pm.

Primary topic was 2013 tournament. Following was discussed:

We’re heading toward buying a PA system.
We approved making a $250 donation to AWSA East Junior Development for 2012.
We considered July 27 and June 29 as other options for tournament date in addition to normal August weekend, to be evaluated by Bruce.
We reviewed attendance, revenue generated, environmental conditions, and efficiencies at past tournaments and brainstormed other formats including:
2 day 4 round 80 pulls max Sat 60 pulls max Sun
2 or 3 round $40/$50 with juniors and fun $30/$40 or just $30
2 round 40 people
3 round status quo
3 round modified 3rd round
Bruce and Bill Bruzzese will also check with Wrightsville Beach re: alternate weekends and whether 2-day tournament would be permitted.
Decision to be made by Bruce, Donna and Darlene prior to year-end.

Motion was made and approved to adjourn meeting at 8:30 pm.
